Please take a moment to read our booking and clinic policies before your appointment.
These policies are in place to ensure fairness and transparency for both our clients and practitioners.
1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made online through our booking system or by phone.

Bookings are not accepted via social media direct messages.

A deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

You will receive an automated confirmation email or text once your booking is complete.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer availability to other clients.

If you need to reschedule, please do so more than 48 hours before your appointment to retain your deposit.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted future bookings.
3. Consultation Policy

A consultation is included when you book in for a treatment.

If you choose not to proceed with treatment on the day, a consultation fee will apply.

All consultations are conducted by a qualified registered nurse, and treatments will only proceed following appropriate medical authorisation, in accordance with AHPRA and TGA guidelines.
4. Refund Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, clients are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not as described.

As results can vary between individuals, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or subjective outcomes where treatment has been provided as agreed and in line with professional standards.

Refunds will only be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
5. Treatment Policy

All treatments are performed following a thorough consultation and medical screening to ensure suitability and safety.

Fairy Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed medically unsafe or unsuitable on the day.

Treatment outcomes vary based on individual factors such as anatomy, health, and lifestyle.

Follow-up appointments may be recommended to assess progress or adjust your treatment plan.
6. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, at the discretion of the practitioner, to ensure fairness to other clients.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal and medical information collected is kept strictly confidential in compliance with Australian Privacy Laws and AHPRA standards.

Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for clinical or legal purposes.
8. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Expiry dates and terms are clearly stated on each voucher.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.
9. Practitioner Discretion

Fairy Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service where there are concerns about suitability, contraindications, or behaviour that compromises safety or professionalism.

All treatments are at the discretion of the treating practitioner.
10. Agreement to Policy
